PKU大学化粪池清掏合同细则：
本次合作协议自签署之日起生效，并持续有效期为三年。双方可在协议到期前商讨是否延长合作期限。
清掏工作将于每年寒暑假期间进行。具体日期双方应提前三个月商定，并及时通知相关部门和师生。
a. PKU大学负责提供清掏所需的设备和人力资源；同时，必须确保工作人员拥有相应资质和经验。
b. 清掏过程中，必须遵守环保法规和安全操作规范。
c. 清掏结束后，清运公司负责将化粪池内的废物安全运送至指定地点进行处理。
PKU大学每年将支付清掏费用给清运公司。具体金额双方应在合作协议签署前商定，并于每年开始工作前支付一定比例的预付款。
a. PKU大学有权随时对清掏工作进行监督和检查，确保工作质量和进度符合要求。
b. 清运公司有权依据实际情况提出额外费用要求（如特殊废物处理等），并与PKU大学商讨解决方案。
a. 若双方未能履行合同约定的义务，应承担相应的违约责任，并赔偿因此造成的损失。
b. 在不可抗力因素导致无法履行合同时，双方可以协商解除合同或延期执行，但需书面通知并提供相关证明文件。
双方应对合作过程中获取的机密信息予以保密，并确保不向第三方泄露。如有违反，应承担法律责任。
在以下情况下，合同可以被单方解除：
a. 双方协商一致并提前书面通知；
b. 严重违约行为导致无法继续履行合同义务；
c. 法律法规或政府命令要求解除合同。
本合同发生争议时，双方应通过友好协商解决。若无法达成一致，则提交至北京市人民法院进行仲裁。
Peking University (PKU) Septic Tank Cleaning Contract
The construction of various infrastructure has become increasingly important with the growth of population and urban development. Among them, septic tanks are indispensable environmental facilities, especially in university campuses where they play a crucial role. As one of China's top institutions for higher education, Peking University (PKU) has the responsibility to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of all septic tanks on campus.
Detailed Regulations of PKU Septic Tank Cleaning Contract:
This cooperation agreement shall come into effect upon signing and be valid for a period of three years. Both parties may discuss whether to extend the duration of cooperation before the agreement expires.
The cleaning work will be carried out during winter and summer vacations each year. The specific dates should be agreed upon three months in advance by both parties, and relevant departments and students should be notified promptly.
a. PKU will provide the necessary equipment and manpower for cleaning; meanwhile, it must ensure that the staff has the required qualifications and experience.
b. During the cleaning process, compliance with environmental regulations and safety operating procedures is mandatory.
c. Upon completion of cleaning, the waste inside the septic tanks shall be safely transported to designated locations for disposal by the waste transportation company.
Peking University will annually pay the cleaning fees to the waste transportation company. The specific amount should be agreed upon before signing the cooperation agreement, with an initial payment made at the beginning of each year.
a. Peking University has the right to supervise and inspect the cleaning work at any time to ensure its quality and progress meet requirements.
b. The waste transportation company has the right to request additional charges based on actual circumstances (e.g., special waste treatment) and discuss solutions with PKU.
a. If either party fails to fulfill their obligations as stipulated in this contract, they shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract and compensate for any resulting losses incurred thereby.
b. In the event that fulfilling the contract becomes impossible due to force majeure, both parties can negotiate for termination or extension of the contract, provided written notice and relevant supporting documents are provided.
Both parties shall keep confidential any proprietary information obtained during the cooperation process and ensure it is not disclosed to third parties. Any violation shall result in legal liability.
The contract may be terminated unilaterally in the following situations:
a. Mutual agreement through written notice;
b. Serious breach of contractual obligations resulting in an inability to continue performing them;
c. Legal regulations or government orders require contract termination.
In case of disputes arising from this contract, both parties should seek resolution through friendly negotiation. If consensus cannot be reached, it shall be submitted to Beijing People's Court for arbitration.
